p>Players of the RPG Diablo Immortal are being perplexed by a bug called "Diablo Immortal". This time, the issue is a random decrease in EXP earned from enemies while farming. Some of the free-to-play game's most dedicated grinding fans have been trying to determine the cause of the issue which causes farming to become less effective thanks to the random variations of earned experience values.

/p>

p>Reddit user staplepies has posted their research on the topic to the subreddit for the game. Staplepies claim that they are one of the best farming experts on the American servers and were among the first players to hit paragon level 150, dug into the mystery of the experience bug in detail after a long time investigating the issue.

/p>

p>These examples are for Shassar Oasis, however Staplepies says that the bug "happens everywhere" due to their high paragon levels (generally 13-14 levels above the server paragon levels), their earned experience is reduced by 10%. https://gservers.org/ This is Diablo Immortal's method of keeping the server's population at roughly the same rate.

/p>

p>Staplepies discovered anomalies in their log's experience values. Shassar Oasis has three distinct enemies: Dust Imps (54XP), Drubs (48% XP) and Sand Golems (1129 XP). These three numbers are only likely to appear in the game where everything is normal. (Staplepies states that the bug also affects elite mobsters, but they have kept the numbers simple).

/p>

p>The numbers then start to become more bizarre. Some are a little less than expected, such as the Dust Imp giving 42 experience instead of the expected 54. Some are dropping as low as 1 or 2 for a mob. Staplepies states that "when things get really bad you'll see a series of kills where every single one is bugged." The bug can also affect the experience globes that drop randomly, and they don't always coincide with the bugged kill experience values.

/p>

p>Staplepies also did testing in a party, saying that the bug affects everyone in the group but not at the same time or with the same values as the other. It could happen if you play as a solo player or in groups and isn't affected by proximity or size. They also made sure that random numbers were not result of quests or events.

/p>

p>They are still considering other aspects. Staplepies states that they have noticed an increase in the bugged experience value in specific zones, and that the percentage of the bugged experience value has changed at different times of the day. They are now investigating whether activity by players in a server or zone could be the reason - for example, an overload of players could be causing an issue in the code.

/p>

p>Whatever the cause, it's proving difficult for farmers who have a commitment to the cultivation of. Achieving higher levels of paragon could be among the best ways to compete without spending as much money. Staplepies describe themselves as a "lowish budget" player but says they are able to compete with players at 3-5x their resonance level for several days by being the first to reach a new paragon level, until the other players catch up. They are open to suggestions and suggestions from anyone with an idea or a suggestion to help them find the root of the issue.
