p>WoW has been going through a period of change in China recently. The 9 did not get approval from the government for Wrath of the Lich King to be released. This may have led to Blizzard licensing the operation of WoW to Netease in China.

p>In the in the midst of all this it's been the players stuck in the middle, their availability up in the air trapped in the middle, killing Kil'jaedan over and over and over as they wait for the Northrend with anxious anticipation. However, there have been a handful of players who have taken the matter into their own hands. Stars of China decided to move to Taiwanese servers where Wrath had already been released. https://www.click4r.com/posts/g/5984858/colonial-pipeline-was-not-the-first-nor-will-it-be-their-last-cyber-pirate-attack They have settled down on the Crystalpine Stinger server quite well and have even defeated Mimiron on 25-man Hard Mode, making them the second guild to accomplish this feat.

/p>

p>It's an amazing feat in and of itself, of course, seeing as they beat out almost all of the usual suspects around the world to achieve this feat, but can we extract any insight into the future of WoW in China from this? https://postheaven.net/tablenepal88/breakfast-topic-what-do-you-do-during-tuesday-maintenance https://notes.io/qd76A While it's not likely that all Chinese players will have the energy or patience to switch to the Taiwanese server to re-level their characters, it looks like there are at least some. Who knows, there might even be an outside chance that one or two players will test out World of Fight just to have something new to do without Wrath.

/p>

p>Whether or not this Taiwan migration will have a major impact on WoW in China remains to be seen however for the moment, what is sure is that the Stars guild is definitely stellar. Congratulations to them!
