p>It's been a couple of months since we first heard about Minecraft Earth, the augmented virtual reality version of Mojang's game that makes the real world a playscape full of your blocksy creations. The company promised that an alpha version of the game would be out in the summer. Now, along with a new trailer of the game, the company claims it will launch on iOS in the next two weeks. Android will follow "soon afterward."

p>The iOS-first launch shouldn't be too surprising after we got our first glimpse of live gameplay at WWDC last month. https://886.lv/ Although this trailer contains a lot of info on how you'll play the game and what it will be like, interested players might wish to go back to the Apple demo to get a better impressions of what it will be like to share an online Minecraft world with their friends that overlays the real one.

/p>

p>You'll need to sign up on this page to play the free game. According to the FAQ, your device should be running iOS 10 or Android 7. The game's access is limited because they are adjusting load to servers. However, you must be active to play. If you don't play for seven consecutive days, someone else will be able to take your place. You'll require an account with Microsoft or Xbox Live account to register after which once you've signed up there's nothing left to do but wait and prepare to build.

p>Think life is good? It's about time to change that. BETA! The Minecraft Earth closed beta is scheduled to be played in a handful of locations. Find out more about the beta and sign up for your chance to participate!
