p>Minecraft is a fun game to play with your friends, and you can cross-play with them no matter the platform, so long as you're playing the identical version.

/p>

p>This means that if own the Java Edition of Minecraft, you are only able to play with people who own the Java Edition. The Bedrock Edition is the same. You will need to purchase the other version if you have different versions.

/p>

p>All the platforms that run Minecraft Bedrock Edition can play together. This includes the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC and mobile devices. You will need a Microsoft account to do this. If you already have an Xbox account, it will work fine. You can also create one here for no cost.

/p>

p>Once you have an Microsoft account, you'll want to ensure that you've added the person you'd like to play with on that account. This will often require inviting a friend to join their Xbox Gamertag.

/p>

p>After that's done and you're ready to be a part of the same team.

/p>

p>Joining a gaming group with a friend

/p>

p>If your friend is playing in their own private session you can join them straight through the game. You can join your friend's session as long as you're friends with Microsoft. Navigate to the Friends tab, then look under "Joinable Cross Platform Friends".

/p>

p>These sessions can hold up to eight people at once.

/p>

p>A pop-up will appear when you are invited to join a session. You can choose to accept or decline.

/p>

p>Inviting friends to your game

/p>

p>To invite friends, click the menu for start in game. There will be a sidebar inviting you to invite your friends. When you click "invite" you will be able to invite friends to join in your game.

/p>

p>Keep track of the players have permissions that are active in your session (visible in the settings). You can modify it so that participants in your session only see your world, or let them roam free by constructing and breaking blocks. You can even grant them administrative rights. You can also assign these privileges for each person who join your session by clicking the yellow icon next to their names.

/p>

p>Multiplayer Multiplayer: Realms

/p>

p>Players can also join Realms, which are servers that are open 24/7 and don't require a host to be currently playing.

/p>

p>Invites can be sent to your Realm through your Friends tab, or by an email if you are playing on your PC. The Minecraft application will launch by clicking the link. https://www.83hh.com/ Console players will need to be invited by friends list.

/p>

p>Once you've joined the Realm, you are able to return anytime you'd like via the Friends tab. The Reams you've joined will be listed under "Joinable Realms," as long as the Realm is still online. (Keep in mind that Realms are limited to 11 players active at the time So if you're not able to join, it's likely that there are already too many players in the Realm.)
