p>The vast and lovely landscapes of Breath of the Wild are such a great match for Minecraft that someone built the entire BOTW map in the past year, but that was just a base. Modders from another group added some Zelda gameplay to the map with a Sheikah slate with all its capabilities, including a boomerang as well as Sheikah towers. If you're tired of creepers exploding all your hard work, you can offer them a taste of their own misery with Link's remote-detonated bombs.

p>As spotted by PCGamesN The Breath of the Wild datapack was developed by modders Craiy and Joris and is very cool. https://www.click4r.com/posts/g/6003457/a-secret-weapon-for-minecraft-servers </p>

p>The most immediate elements you'll spot in your Minecraft world are the rather typical Bokoblin camps that are scattered throughout the landscape and the slightly rarer Sheikah Towers designed to resemble the huge spires Link climbs all over Hyrule. While fighting Bokoblins is a great starting point, you should be able to also take their Boko Stick clubs. However your next order of business should be making ladders and climbing to the top of a Sheikah Tower. Then, you'll be able to take out the Sheikah multitool for destruction and begin wreaking destruction.

p>You can grab and move blocks of metal such as copper or iron by using the magnesis function.

/p>

p>Actually, it would be really cool to create an underwater base that is only accessible with cryonis ice pillars, not? I did attempt to channel my inner Link by dropping iron blocks on top of bokoblins, but they simply swoop through them and fall to the ground instead of doing damage. They didn't believe I was trying to make them miserable.

p>The boomerang and hero's tunic are scarce but worth looking for- especially the tunic which lets you observe the current health of an opponent. Craiy will go over everything and more in the mod show video below.

/p>

p>The current version of the BOTW datapack is compatible with Minecraft 1.19 with all those neat new features, but Craiy says that the pair is planning to make another version of the pack that includes more Zelda tidbits.

/p>

p>Unfortunately, the creator of the impressive Breath of the Wild map released last year decided not to release it to download. You might instead keep an eye out for the map that is being developed by Grazzy. This is the datapack Craiy and Joris used to showcase their work. It's possible to not use them together since Grazzy is creating Sheikah towers by himself and the BOTW datapack is the one that generates them. You can also mix your Zeldas and the Wind Waker style that you can discover on our top Minecraft texture packs.
