Land reparcelling includes the following steps:
setting up the temporary association of landowners for the purpose of initiating and carrying out the subdivision action (optional);
updating the topographic and cadastral base;
virtual unification (merging) of lands;
remodeling of the plot in accordance with the proposed urban structure, obligatorily in accordance with this RLU. The land areas related to the public utility objectives will be constituted by the proportional decrease of the initial properties. Within the areas intended for public utility objectives, two categories of land will be identified - those related to the street plot and the municipal infrastructure of local interest (generally occupying 20-25% of the total area) and those related to other categories of public interest objectives (plot major road, education, health, social housing, green spaces that will include sports fields, playgrounds for children,

Other subzones can be organized and regulated by the PUD:
S_Va - Green subzone - square, garden, park with unlimited public access provided in the PUZ. Where they have not been located in the PUZ, they will usually be located adjacent to other green areas, such as Va.
S_Is - Subzone of institutions and public services and of public interest constituted in dedicated buildings The urbanism regulation will be the one afferent to UTR UIs.
