Brief description of the company The Young Initiative Association is a non-governmental, non-profit organization in Romania, founded in November 2009, which organizes projects in areas such as youth, non-formal education, humanitarian and cultural. Purpose: To provide support in the areas of the Human Resources Department of the Association: Recruitment & Selection, Learning and Development, Training, Evaluation. The HR assistant can very quickly achieve a fairly high degree of autonomy in some HR processes and works directly with project managers in the projects in which he is involved. What will you have to do?

Participation in the recruitment and selection of volunteers / members within the various projects of the Association; Involvement in the induction / onboarding process of new members and volunteers, respectively facilitating internal communication; Providing support in organizing trainings; initiating and maintaining contact with training providers; Participation in the evaluation process of the members and volunteers of the Association; Administration and documentation of certain HR processes (candidate database, application management, HR document management); Carrying out actions to support the projects of the Association; formulating creative ideas and implementing them.
